If you are not happy with your order, you may exchange your unused merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of the product. No Refunds. Please provide a brief explanation as to why you would like to exchange your purchase order.
To be eligible for exchange of the product, the item must be unused, with the original tags and in the same condition that you received it, and a exchange to be initiated within 5 days of receipt of products. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees involved in the exchange process (sending to us and receiving back)
If however, after sending the product to us for an exchange, you decide to purchase something at a later date, we issue a store credit.
An item is non-exchangable if:
It isn't in its original condition or is used and has missing parts.
An Exchange that is initiated after 5 days of receipt of products.
Returns due to product defects/error on our part:
Though we strive for exceptional quality, in case of product defects or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately if the item is defective, so that we can evaluate and make it right. To be eligible for exchange of the product, the item must be unused, unworn and with the original tags and in the same condition that you received it, and a exchange to be initiated within 5 days of receipt of the products.
If the error in the order is made by FIRDOUS, we take full responsibility of the return and replacement of the correct item free of charge.
Depending on where you live, and the shipping method you choose, the time may vary, for your exchange product to reach us. After receiving the product, we will notify about approval or rejection of your refund, and if approved, the refund will be issued to your credit card, within 3-4 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact your credit card company and bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please do not send the product without getting the approval from Firdous.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons/other factors, like imitation jewelry such as hijab pins, and items such as attar, perfume, spray, headbands, dua pillow, wudu socks.
All Sale items or Gift cards, are FINAL SALE.
